My Philosophy

My approach to improving your child's sleep is simple:

You know your baby best!

We take your knowledge of your child, my knowledge of infant & toddler sleep, pair it with your parenting style and build the perfect step-by-step sleep plan for your little one, together.

I believe that sleep deprivation is not something that parents and caregivers alike have to live with. There are solutions, there is a better way, and I am here to guide you through every step toward a full night’s sleep. Let me – help you.

A little note about tears

Crying is your child’s way of protesting change, and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest. That’s why I’m always sure to tell parents that there will most likely be some amount of protest on the child’s part.

Please understand that I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I ask you to ignore their cries. Together, we will develop a plan that you feel comfortable with, based on what you know about your child, and my experience!

Sleep is a skill and an important one to learn. Healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. It’s not always easy, but I believe it takes a village to raise a child, and I would love to support yours. I will use my experience, knowledge and communication expertise to put together an individualized plan suitable for you and your child’s needs so you can all have a sounder sleep. I will give you the skills needed to make pushing you outside your comfort zone, a little more comfortable.
